Innkjøp og logistikk medarbeider

Innkjøpsavdelingen består av fire medarbeidere som håndterer innkjøp og logistikk for hele konsernet.

Avdelingen jobber med leverandører i inn og utland, og samarbeider tett med avdelinger for drift, lager, salg og teknisk avdeling.

Eksterne samarbeidspartnere vil være leverandører og kunder, nasjonale og internasjonale.

Arbeidsmiljøet er godt og den rette personen vil få spennende og varierte arbeidsoppgaver i et hektisk og kompetent fagmiljø.

Noe reisevirksomhet må påregnes.

ARBEIDSOPPGAVER

Innkjøp til prosjektleveranser- sikre at leveranser kommer i rett tid til rett sted.
Behovsanalyse/innkjøp til lager i samarbeid med salg.
Ansvar for innkjøp og lagerstyring for egne produktkategorier.
Leverandørsøk og prisforhandlinger.
Tett kontakt med våre leverandører- oppfølging av utførte bestillinger.
Kontakt med speditører – sjø og bil import.
Resultatoppfølging av prosjektkalkyler.

KVALIFIKASJONER

Teoretisk utdanning innen økonomi, Innkjøp/ logistikk, fagskole, e.l.
Faglig interesse for innkjøp og logistikk.
Teknisk interesse.
God muntlig og skriftelig fremstillingsevne på norsk og engelsk.
Forståelse/ erfaring med bruk av ERP systemer er en fordel.
God forståelse av IT-verktøy som MS Office.
